Sign up for your 45 minute personal session. Shiatsu massage therapists apply pressure with their thumbs, fingers, and palms to specific areas of the client's body. Massage techniques include stretching, squeezing, rubbing, and thumb pressures applied along the meridians to unblock energy blockages and reintroduce the optimal flow of ki. Shiatsu is a modality that does not require the recipient to undress. Instead, massage is preformed over a lightweight long sleeve shirt and lightweight pants. Sarah is a Cambridge resident who has been working as a massage therapist for five years. Outside of massage, she is pursuing a degree in nutrition and public health and tries to be a helpful partner in her community.

New Group Forming – The New Mothers’ Group. Being a new mom can be an isolating experience. The famed village it takes to raise a child has disappeared as family connections have loosened. This new group aims to recreate a supporting community around new and expecting mamas of all stripes. Come meet with peers to share resources, experience a sense of inclusion in a group that understands the challenges new mothers face, and forge a rich network for a new life as a parent.
