Internet Access The Women's Center provides free computer and Internet access to women in our Computer Lab. Our Lab includes five PC's, one laser printers, and full-time internet access. The lab is a wheelchair accessible space. Our Computer and Internet Lab is helpful in searching for housing and employment, resume-writing, completing school assignments, email correspondence, and more. The Women's Center staffer can help with setting up an email address or give other assistance. Computers are available on a first come/first serve basis. Sign-in for computer usage is on the first floor and covers a one-hour block of time. If no one is waiting to use a computer, that time may be extended until another woman arrives. Lab Hours
*Please note: Periodically, the Lab closes for a few hours to accommodate groups, trainings, and computer maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience. Computer and Internet Training Program: Basic training in how to utilize computers and the Internet is currently offered free of charge on a very limited basis by volunteers with expertise in computer programs and the Internet.. Currently, we are restructuring our Computer Training Program. Watch for the announcement that trainings resume in our calendar. For information about other free and low-cost computer trainings, call our Helpline at 617-354-8807. Want to become a volunteer trainer for this program?
