The Women's Educational Center, Inc. (Cambridge Women's Center) supports, educates and empowers women. Located in a welcoming, home-like environment, the Center is a safe, supportive space for all who identify as women.
The Center provides learning opportunities, support groups, and resources that help women make positive, sustaining changes in their lives and the lives of their children. All of our programs and services are provided confidentially and free of charge.

The Cambridge Women's Center is thrilled and honored to be one of 100 nonprofit organizations to receive the Cummings Foundation $100K for 100 Grant in 2017. This extraordinary philanthropic initiative supports selected nonprofits in Eastern Massachusetts. The program recognizes charities that excel in improving the lives of community members through education, healthcare, human services, and social justice programs.

To celebrate Cambridge's status as a Sanctuary City, the Women's Center is hosting a free Open House for immigrant and refugee communities and their allies, on Sunday, July 16 from 3-6 pm. For this special event at the Women's Center, all genders are welcome!
Featuring refreshments, music, and child-friendly activities, the event is free of charge and open to all. Presented by Women for Political Action, a project of the Women's Center.
