All our programs are volunteer-led - if you’re interested in facilitating a group, download the form here and check out this page for more information. Please look at our calendar offerings first! See the linked page for information on current programming desires and more information.

If you’re interested in attending a group and have children, childcare can usually be arranged if scheduled in advance. Please call our business line: 617-354-6394 to ensure there is enough volunteer staff coverage that day to provide childcare.

Artistic Expression and Creativity

*Reconciling Support Group. Friday, 8/23 (4th Fridays), 6:30-8pm. For individuals assigned female at birth, who identified as something other than female/are dysphoric, and want to process, reconcile with being female, and heal. Info: defaultlane@aim.com

Yoga and Reiki

<NEW> Reiki Energy Healing. Fridays, 8/9 & 30. Individual 20-minute Reiki sessions at 11:00 & 11:30am, 12:00 & 12:30pm, Feel refreshed, experience deep relaxation. <NEW> Drop-In Money Management. Mondays, 8/5 & 19, 4:30-6:30pm. Meet one-on-one with certified financial planner Sophie and discuss your money questions and needs. <NEW> Money Counseling. Money Counseling helps you deal with topics such as debt, budget, savings and credit issues. You’ll receive three private, confidential complimentary sessions with Jennifer, a passionate money facilitator. Trauma Survivors’ Groups

<NEW> INCEST RESOURCES - Summer Meeting for Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse, Friday, 8/16, 6–7:30pm (no one admitted after 6:15pm). Topic: Control. Join the survivor community for connection and discussion while Incest Resources' Group is on summer break. Wellness/Self-Help/Conversation

*<NEW> ED Recovery Group. 4th Mondays (8/26), 6-7:45pm. We are a new peer group for women experiencing disordered eating (including restricting, bingeing, purging, over-exercise, etc.). <NEW> Health and Wellness Workshops, Mondays, 8/5 & 19. 6-7:30pm. Topics: 8/5: Empowerment in Health. We will discuss strategies on empowerment in our health, as well as what makes us feel empowered. 8/19: Fueling Your Body Positivity: We’ll talk about what positive body image means to us, our hang-ups about our bodies, and how nutrition influences how we feel physically and mentally.
